This project was completed during my Assessment in Organizations course. We were tasked with creating a presentation that would introduce what an Organizational Assessment is and why our fictional company was in need of one.

PSA
This project enabled me to cultivate a public service announcement to support my research topic in my First-Year Composition course. My project revolved around protected land that is in jeopardy in my hometown. This PSA encouraged a park program that would bring attendance and revenue to the land in order to save it from being used for commercial housing.

One of my passions is Musical Theatre. I have been performing professionally my entire adult life and recently was asked to take on costume design for LIZZIE the Lizzie Borden musical. The presentation to the left is my concept and design presentation.

In order to gain some content creation experience, my Starbucks store manager had me take over our store's Instagram account. Our store was closed for some time during the COVID-19 pandemic, but this is a video compilation of some of my tiktok content on our page.

Insider's Guide
This project was created for my course on The Integrated Worker. The task was to be a "semi-formal socialization agent" by creating a guide to workplace culture for a new hire during their onboarding process

Salesmanship Workshop
While managing at The Old Spaghetti Factory, I was the Server department manager. Within this role, it was my responsibility to ensure higher check averages which led to increased sales and overall store performance. One of the ways I accomplished this was by utilizing higher sales tactics. I created this presentation by reinvigorating a handout that had been designed by corporate. Through many training courses, I found that staff was more involved and had higher retention of skills during my participant-involved presentation which led to higher check averages within two weeks of this class.
